Looking for someone in Seattle or Portland area that has Paccar experience. This position has the following responsibilities: Build sound working relationships and integrate customer requirements with Accuride products and services to ensure maintenance and growth of market share and profitability with OEM customers.

Principal Accountabilities

Grow market share and profitability of Accuride (AWNA / AWES) products.

Negotiate and maintain OEM pricing/surcharge information.

Act as product development team leader for respective OEM products on Accuride (AWNA / AWES) product development teams.

Incorporate customer required product changes into Accuride products on a timely and cost-effective basis.

Coordinate with Product Development to ensure new product design and development projects meet customer needs/expectations.

Act as team leader with all OEM functions including purchasing, engineering, sales & marketing, pricing, aftermarket personnel, and technical support.

Support OEM/OES customer tradeshows and other marketing events

Ensure competitive pricing by obtaining competitor intel, recommending pricing structure to management, and negotiating prices with customers.

Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving customer problems on a timely basis, participating with the customer to jointly devise and implement programs and services to achieve goals, oversee all aspects of service to the customer, and ensure quality products are delivered on a timely basis.

Work closely with Accuride Field Sales Organization and customer OEM RSMs to coordinate successful fleet and dealer pull through efforts.

Coordinate the billing and collection for product with the pricing and credit group.

Solicit interest in Accuride products and promote the features and benefits or “value selling”.

Maintain internal and external communications by providing, receiving, and integrating information and reports as required to assist in managing the business.i.e., build rates, trends, etc.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience

Undergraduate degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or Engineering

10+ years of industry experience in a sales capacity

Knowledge and experience with products, product codes, shipping requirements, order fulfillment, and pricing structure

Previous experience in the automotive, or commercial vehicle field preferred Proficiency with Microsoft applications and applicable sales software
