Regional Sales Manager

TIGER Coatings North America manufactures Powder Coatings for various industrial market segments, including Job Shops, General Industry manufacturing, Architectural, Automotive, Agricultural & Construction Equipment, Aerospace & Defense, and Furniture industries. The company has production facilities in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
Main Activities *This position is for Wisconsin | Milwaukee or Green Bay location*
Responsible for direct sales for all existing and future customers in prescribed territory
Understand entire TIGER product portfolio and make appropriate product recommendations
Maintain and develop existing and new customers to optimize service, sales growth, and customer satisfaction
Manage product/service mix, pricing, and margins according to company policy
Integrate individual sales efforts with other organized marketing activities and/or other regions where required
Respond to and follow up with sales inquiries
Monitor and support current market and competitor activities
Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage assigned customers
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years in sales with a proven track record in the coating industry
Skilled in working with sales processes & techniques
Overnight Travel
Valid Driver’s License
Coatings Experience
Travel
Overnight travel is required 50% to 70%
Some international travel required to attend Sales Meeting
Passport is required
