Offix, LC is one of Northern Virginia's fastest growing office equipment dealers! We provide full sales and service on copiers, multifunction printers and large format printers. Offix is currently seeking a highly organized Sales Administrator to support our sales team by managing documentation, CRM accuracy, reporting, and day-to-day administrative operations.This role ensures smooth sales processes, strong data integrity and effective coordination across Sales, Finance, Service and Operations. Responsibilities

Provide daily administrative support to sales representatives and managers Prepare sales reports (pipeline, revenue, forecasts, KPIs) Support lead development, QBR reporting, and large proposal preparation Deliver expiring lease reports and other sales-critical data Help identify trends, gaps, and inconsistencies in sales metrics Stay updated on new product launches and communicate updates to sales teams Requirements

Experience in sales administration, sales operations, or customer support Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and data analysis skills
