Overview The Account Executive for Home Health, Hospice and Infusion Services is responsible for executing sales strategies to increase and promote awareness of home health, hospice and infusion services. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations to support sustainable growth.

Work Shift First (Days)

Description Account executives serve as a direct link between the company and its clients. May work in a sales capacity, securing new business and maintaining customer relationships, or inherit an account after the initial sale has been made, providing ongoing support and serving as a primary point of contact. Responsible for all hospital and community volume for all lines of business of Sentara Enterprises.

Customer acquisition analysis and lead generation

Sales Pipeline Management

Negotiation and closing

Follow up and account management

Reporting and forecasting

Market and product knowledge

Referral volume management

Collaboration with internal teams

Education

Bachelor’s degree (Required)

5 years of sales experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree

Experience

3 years of sales experience (Required)

3 years of customer service experience (Required)
