WHAT ARE THE HOURS? You'll work full-time between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some potential for Saturday work (between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm).
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS YOUR FIELD SALES MANAGER?
Split your time between the office and the field
Motivate your sales team to do their best and contribute to a supportive, high-performance culture
Set targets and quotas for the sales team and help them meet their goals by providing quality coaching and mentorship
Develop and implement strategies for aligning business development strategies with company goals and driving revenue growth
Use various analytics tools to track sales trends and generate reports
Seek out potential industry partnerships and build a strategic network of construction- and renovation-related businesses, suppliers, and professionals

5+ years of experience in sales
2+ years of experience in a leadership/management role
Experience with B2C/D2D selling
