About the Role We're seeking an experienced, self-motivated
Account Executive
with strong connections in the luxury custom home building industry in Austin, Texas.
NOTE : This is a remote/hybrid opportunity.
*You will be expected to meet with clients in person as needed based on the schedule you create for yourself. There is plenty of flexibility with this position.
What You’ll Do
Prospect, pitch, and close new business with builders, architects, interior designers, and luxury service providers
Build and manage a pipeline of clients across multiple markets
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Track key sales metrics and meet (or exceed!) monthly targets
Stay on top of industry trends and competitors
This is a high-impact role for those who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience (2–3 years), preferably in custom homes or luxury real estate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tenacious, self-starter mentality with attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
Reports to Director of Sales
Expected Annual Earnings $90K - $120k+
