Marketing agency experience is required for this role.

Overview The Account Executive plays a central role in supporting client success and driving the execution of integrated marketing initiatives. Acting as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned accounts, you will manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, on strategy, and within budget. This role requires strong communication, exceptional organization, and a passion for helping clients achieve results through strategic, creative, and data‑informed marketing.

Key Responsibilities Client & Account Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing daily communication and expectations.

Develop a strong understanding of each client's business, goals, and marketing strategy.

Build trusted, professional relationships and proactively support client needs.

Prepare agendas, reports, status documents, and deliverables to support clear communication and alignment.

Project Leadership

Manage project timelines, budgets, schedules, and scopes of work.

Initiate and coordinate internal tasks with creative, media, production, and other teams.

Lead campaign and project planning, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Write creative or media briefs and help kick off internal teams for new initiatives.

Organize and lead internal and external brainstorms to spark ideas and solutions.

Strategic Support

Assist in formulating advertising and marketing strategies alongside senior leaders.

Provide insights and recommendations based on reporting, performance data, and industry trends.

Contribute to proposals, presentations, and client planning efforts.

Cross‑Department Collaboration

Work with creative, media, digital, and operations teams to ensure cohesive planning and execution.

Maintain smooth information flow between clients, internal teams, and vendors.

Administrative & Operational Tasks

Assist with billing, time tracking, reporting, and documentation.

QA client reports and ensure accuracy before distribution.

Support traffic and asset management as needed.

Contribute to internal processes, research efforts, and ongoing agency improvements.

Team & Leadership Support

Mentor interns and junior account staff.

Participate in weekly status meetings, leadership check‑ins, and client meetings.

Stay up‑to‑date on marketing developments, best practices, and platform changes.

Qualifications

Marketing agency experience is required

-including hands‑on client management and project execution.

Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including digital, traditional, and social media channels.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience preparing reports, briefs, and client‑facing documentation.

A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Familiarity with digital analytics, media platforms, or certifications (e.g., Google Ads, GA4, Meta) is a plus.
