Additional duties include fostering client loyalty and participating in training sessions to enhance sales performance.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Sales experience to meet and exceed sales targets and oversee related tasks.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for fashion and client engagement.
Familiarity with fashion retail or the clothing industry.
Punctuality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment.
