We’re hiring a

Sales Appointment Setter

to join our fast-growing, remote sales team. If you’re someone who loves people, thrives on discipline, and wants to earn based on how hard you work not just the hours you log this could be for you! We proudly hit the Inc 5000 list at #1145 this year too, so we are looking to scale! We have TOO many leads, who have never been contacted once, those of which have applied for our programs directly, so the leads are warm!

What You’ll Be Doing

Calling and texting warm leads who opt in through our webinars, cheat sheets, or organic content.

Outbounding to book qualified triage calls with leads who didn’t schedule automatically.

Running triage Zoom calls yourself—you will personally handle 5–15 triage bookings per day.

Qualifying leads on triage calls and booking consults with closers for those who are a strong fit.

Managing all follow-ups and lead tracking in our CRM using phone, SMS, and Zoom.

Daily and Monthly Minimum KPIs Daily

5–7 triages booked from outbounds

7-12 triages available on your calendar

2–4 solid consults booked with closers

Monthly

1800-2200 outbounds

110+ triages booked

50-70 consults booked

8–15 closed sets

20–30% close rate on consults booked

Bonus: experience as a setter or in appointment-based sales is a plus

Compensation

Commission-only, 1099

Earning range: $4,000–$7,000/month+ (Experienced setters with sales skills can push beyond $7k/month)
