Commission-Only B2B Sales Representative - Financial Wellness & Fintech Driven Employee Benefits (Remote, Nationwide)

We empower businesses and individuals with tailored financial wellness programs and innovative fintech benefit solutions. We're launching nationwide and seeking motivated sales representatives to drive new customer acquisition on a 100% commission basis. In this flexible, remote role, you'll prospect, pitch, and close deals with B2B clients (e.g., HR leaders, executives, and owners of small to mid-sized companies) to sell our comprehensive financial wellness offerings, including: PFL (Personal Finance League) – Our proprietary financial wellness program that includes 3 deliverables:

an App for personalized Financial Health Assessments, Literacy and Planning Tools Workshops & Webinars for advanced Training, Strategies & Tactics 1:1 Financial Coaching

ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements) – customizable health insurance benefits for employees at lower costs for employers. Employee Incentives / Profit Sharing Plans – a new tax‑advantaged, emergency savings benefit platform that is 100% funded by the employer and gamified for employees to increase engagement and motivation towards achieving business KPIs for every position. LSA (Lifestyle Spending Accounts) – an employee reimbursement tool for personalized benefit perks like 1:1 financial coaching, mental health care, physical health care, vacations, child care, pet care, and more. This is a pure commission role with uncapped earning potential—top performers can earn six figures annually based on closed deals. No base salary, but we provide training resources, marketing materials, and ongoing sales support to help you succeed. Work part-time or full-time on your schedule, making it ideal for experienced professionals, including recently retired individuals seeking flexible, high‑reward opportunities without rigid hours. Nationwide focus—sell remotely from anywhere in the US. Qualifications

3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in financial services, employee benefits, insurance, or fintech. Track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding targets in a commission‑based environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently; comfortable with remote tools like Zoom, CRM software, and email outreach. Familiarity with HR benefits, wellness programs, or financial products is a plus. Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
