Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Representative:
Greeting customers; deliver excellent customer service
Tagging, Sorting, Buying items customers sell to store
Explain store Buy Policy to new customers
Informs customers about sales, discounts, and promotions
Manages customers and clothes at Dressing RoomsStocks and organizes items on racks and in back stock bins
Works cash register; knows how to handle money during transactions
Works well with team members
Retail Sales Representative Job Requirements:
Respectful toward others
Retail experience or similar job experience is a plus
Familiarity with visual merchandising
Ability to stock and restock racks
Proven communication skills; works effectively with others
Has problem-solving experience in the workplace
Good organization skills
Positive and friendly attitude
