As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be part of one of the largest sales channels in the company. Responsibilities

Connection builder: Act as the first point of contact, create a positive and welcoming environment, listen attentively to customer needs, and provide personalized guidance.

Store expert: Maintain deep knowledge of our products and services, stay updated on industry trends, and recommend the best solutions to meet customer needs.

Problem solver: Assist customers with billing and service questions, process payments, exchanges, and equipment issues efficiently, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Brand ambassador: Represent the Optimum brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in all interactions, reflecting positively on our company.

Team builder: Work closely with colleagues to ensure an exceptional customer experience, share knowledge, and provide backup support when needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of one year of retail selling experience.

Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.

Proficient computer and technical skills.

For some locations, ability to travel to other stores within 35 miles may be required and will be discussed during interview.

Physical abilities: Standing for prolonged periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Availability to work full time and weekends as necessary.

Bi‑lingual preferred.

Pay Pay is competitive and based on job‑related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate for this position in the posted location is $33,696.00 – $55,357.00 per year. This range is the anticipated pay at the time of hire and may vary with experience.
