About The Role This is the start of something BIG! As an Account Executive for our monday Service product (our newest fast‑growing product line) you will be responsible for scaling our ESM sales by providing expert‑level industry, sales, and product knowledge to our customers – focusing on the value our monday Service product delivers as part of our WorkOS platform.
Lead the full sales cycle, collaborating with Account Managers to identify ESM opportunities and co‑sell the solution to existing customers. Present discovery and ESM‑focused demos, align on business outcomes, and highlight best practices. Develop a deep understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect usage directly to customer ROI.
The Account Executive is a quota‑carrying role owning the full sales cycle for our monday Service product.
Work directly with monday.com’s Account Managers to identify ESM opportunities within the existing book of business and co‑sell the solution.
Lead discovery and ESM‑focused demos to align on business outcomes, highlighting possibilities and best practices.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect usage directly to customer ROI.
Act as a product owner in an agile environment, developing strategies and coordinating cross‑functional support to deliver the #1 ESM product in the market.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends to effectively position monday against alternatives and continuously enhance our offering for scale.
Requirements
3+ years of full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
2+ years of experience selling a dedicated ITSM/ESM solution.
Full direct (new business) sales cycle and cross‑sale (expansion) experience required; partnership experience is a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute.
Ability to continuously expand product knowledge and stay up‑to‑date on industry trends to position against competitors.
Strong adherence to process with a passion for process improvement.
Strong customer‑facing and presentation skills, able to establish credibility with executives.
Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions.
Ability to build strong personal relationships, internally and externally.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Track record of success as a self‑starter, results‑oriented, adaptable, and inquisitive.
BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
