Compensation & Benefits

Job Summary The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the full sales cycle from prospect to close. This role is a mix of finding leads and closing provided leads, selling to c-stores, grocers, liquor stores, gas stations, and soon-to-be recreational dispensaries.
Responsibilities
Proactively engage retailers, wholesalers, and distributors through structured outbound call campaigns
Close new retail accounts within targeted territories
Enter and manage orders directly during live calls
Coordinate soft handoffs to distributor partners once retail density is established
Track shipments and confirm delivery with customers
Conduct same-day delivery follow-ups to ensure shelf placement and satisfaction
Maintain consistent reorder cadence and protect shelf presence
Use CRM tools to manage the pipeline, log activities, and track territory growth
Collaborate with marketing and operations to support market expansion initiatives
Qualifications
Previous inside sales, B2B sales, or beverage/CPG sales experience preferred
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls in a structured environment
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Organized and disciplined with follow-up
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven, performance-focused culture
Competitive mindset with a desire to build and own a territory
