The Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison between our customers, sales team, and internal departments; working with accuracy and efficiency to provide product & services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face in order to deliver quality customer service.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, computer, and math skills, be detail oriented, as well as have a high level of multi-tasking and organization skills. A good team spirit is a must!
Shift and Compensation
Pay is $17 per hour Hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Job Duties
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Receive, enter, and arrange customer quotes, orders, and deliveries. Receive incoming requests for information and respond to requests and inquiries by email, phone, and by assisting walk-ins in a timely manner. Communicate with customers and internal departments on order details to ensure up-to-date order status and changes via phone, online, and in-person. Coordinate and follow up with customer complaints alongside the Quality Manager. Maintain electronic and hard copy files. Set up and maintain new and established customer accounts.

Outgoing and personable with strong interpersonal skills Communication skills – verbal and written Proficient math skills (ie: calculate figures & discounts, fractions, and measurements) Strong working knowledge of essential computer systems (Microsoft office, word, excel, etc.)
Background Profile
Education and Experience
3 years experience in customer service in a manufacturing environment working extensively with customers. High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred and/or equivalent experience & training.
