Key Responsibilities
Lease vacant units to qualified prospective residents while meeting or exceeding occupancy goals
Conduct professional property tours, highlighting features, amenities, and community benefits
Respond promptly to inquiries and resident concerns with exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate leasing records, including applications, lease agreements, renewals, and rent payments
Collaborate with property management teams to ensure a seamless leasing experience
Monitor market trends and competitive properties to support strong pricing and positioning strategies
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
1–2 years of leasing or sales experience (Property Management preferred)
Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrada, RealPage, or similar platforms is a strong plus
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with property management software and willingness to learn new systems
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as business needs require
