Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, located in Grand Rapids, MI. The Account Executive will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, creating and presenting client proposals, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be critical to meet clients’ needs while achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver tailored solutions to clients effectively.
Qualifications
Strong experience in client relationship management, sales, and business development
Skillset in proposal creation, presentation, and contract negotiation
Understanding of learning strategies, instructional design, and eLearning methodologies
Competency in digital tools, platforms, and immersive technologies relevant to learning platforms
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience in the education or learning industry preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is highly desirable
