Estimated first‑year earnings range: $50,000 - $80,000 (unpaid commission, uncapped earnings)
Training Pay: $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks

About the Role This position sells pre‑need and at‑need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property and merchandise. The Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services. Leads are generated through walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation and prospecting.

Requirements Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in Business, Marketing, Sales preferred)
1 year of sales experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) required
Experience with a CRM system preferred
Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Availability to work holidays, evenings and weekends as needed
