Position: Bilingual Retail Sales Associate
Compensation Range: $32,405 - $80,218
Commission Structure: Unlimited commission potential

What You’ll Do As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll help customers check services, upgrade devices, select packages, purchase accessories, and transition home services to our award‑winning Direct TV platform. You’ll provide excellent customer service, drive sales, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Physical Capacity: Ability to work 40+ hours each week, travel to local events, set up and tear down, and stand on your feet all day
