
Account Executive

LoKation Real Estate is growing fast, and we're looking for a driven, consultative sales professional to join our team as an Agent Success Partner. In this role, you'll be the front door to LoKation. The first person a real estate agent speaks with when they're considering making a move to our brokerage. You'll own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed agreement, building genuine relationships along the way.
This is an in-office position at our Pompano Beach headquarters, designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow alongside a nationally recognized, tech-forward company.
What You'll Do
Proactively call, follow up, and nurture leads with real estate agents across markets Guide agents through a consultative sales process by understanding their goals and showing them why LoKation is the right home for their career Build and sustain long-term relationships with agents at every stage of their career Collaborate closely with our onboarding and marketing teams to ensure a seamless agent experience Maintain an accurate, up-to-date CRM so nothing falls through the cracks Help shape the future of our recruiting process. 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in a consultative or B2B sales environment Experience in real estate is a strong plus: either as an agent or in a brokerage setting Comfortable working a CRM daily and keeping your pipeline organized Curious about AI and technology tools that can make you and the team more effective Self-motivated and results-driven, but also a genuine team player Compensation
Base + uncapped commission. Target OTE for a first-year performer is $70,000, with clear room to grow. Why LoKation?
