We’re hiring for a rapidly growing health insurance organization with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional Medicare guidance and support to seniors. This team-driven, in-office environment is located in downtown Chicago and offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career in sales while helping individuals make important healthcare decisions.
In the Inside Sales Representative role, you’ll engage with warm, inbound leads to educate Medicare-eligible individuals on their health plan options. This is a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment with uncapped earning potential, ongoing support, and career growth opportunities.
REWARDS
In-office role based in the loop, downtown Chicago
$20/hour base pay + uncapped monthly bonus potential (Top performers earn $1,000–$3,000/month in bonuses)

REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work full-time, in-office in downtown Chicago
Comfortable in a competitive, performance-based sales environment
Strong communication and computer navigation skills
Must meet state licensing and background check requirements
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
RESPONSIBILITIES
Field pre-screened inbound calls from customers considering Medicare plans
Educate consumers and guide them through plan selection and enrollment
Maintain knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and ancillary products
Provide outstanding customer service while meeting monthly sales goals
Follow all compliance standards set by state and federal guidelines
Collaborate with your team to share insights and improve performance
