Cisne Wellness is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Aesthetic Sales Coordinator to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and long-term client retention in a luxury wellness setting. This role is responsible for managing and converting leads through proactive outreach, CRM tracking, and strong closing skills while delivering a high-touch, personalized client experience.

The ideal candidate will confidently educate clients on wellness services, treatment plans, memberships, packages, and financing options, while consistently exceeding monthly sales goals. This individual will foster lasting client relationships, collaborate on marketing initiatives, develop community partnerships, and represent the brand at networking and local events.

Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, a polished and professional demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. A background in med spa, plastic surgery, luxury retail, or high-end service sales is preferred. Candidates should be passionate about wellness trends, confident discussing pricing, and committed to upholding HIPAA compliance and luxury service standards.

Duties/Responsibilities

Follow up with leads via call, text, email and social media

Manage and track leads and pipelines in CRM

Convert leads into bookings with strong closing skills

Upsell based on client goals and provider recommendations

Sell treatment plans, regenerative medical treatments, memberships, packages, and add-ons

Educate clients on financing options

Educate potential clients on all Wellness Center services

Execute sales strategies that consistently exceed monthly revenue goals

Foster long-term client relationship to drive loyalty and retention

Collaborate with team on marketing campaigns, promos, and membership packages

Develop partnerships with vendors, referral sources, and local businesses

Stay current on skincare and wellness trends

Represent the practice at community and networking events

Maintain a luxury, high touch client experience

Duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice

Physical presence at the office on a set and predictable schedule

Qualifications Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or sales

Proven success in a sales or business development role in regenerative medical treatments, med spa, plastic surgery, or luxury retail preferred

Excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills

Results-driven, goal-oriented, and customer focused

Required Skills/Abilities

Professional appearance and demeanor

Bilingual fluency (English, Spanish) preferred

Knowledge of wellness treatments/trends, regenerative medical treatments, and luxury service standards

Must be confident and comfortable presenting prices and asking for payment

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

A belief in and understanding of how to sell luxury items

Reliable transportation and flexibility to attend various events

Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional standards
