We’re hiring a

Kansas City–based Sales Manager

to lead growth across

UCaaS/VoIP, IT/MSP, cybersecurity, and related services .

What you’ll do:

Lead, coach, and elevate a high-performing sales team

(recruiting, onboarding, training, deal strategy, and ongoing performance management).

Own

revenue outcomes : pipeline creation, forecasting, close plans, and attainment against monthly/quarterly targets.

Drive

consultative selling

across UCaaS/CCaaS (where applicable), managed IT, security, connectivity, and cloud solutions—positioning outcomes, not SKUs.

Partner with engineering/operations to ensure

strong handoffs and customer success , improving retention and expansion.

Build a repeatable

go-to-market motion

for the KC metro: vertical plays, referral/channel leverage, and account penetration strategies.

Maintain a clean, accurate

CRM cadence

(stages, next steps, probability, and forecast hygiene).

What we’re looking for (must-have):

5–10+ years of B2B technology sales experience

with at least

2+ years in sales leadership

(player-coach is fine).

Proven success selling one or more of the following:

UCaaS/VoIP ,

MSP/Managed IT ,

cybersecurity , network/infrastructure, cloud, or adjacent B2B tech solutions.

Demonstrated ability to:

Build pipeline and

consistently hit quota

Run team rhythms:

1:1s, call coaching, deal reviews, and forecasts

Communicate value to business owners and executives (C-suite fluency)

Strong working knowledge of

sales process discipline

(MEDDICC, Challenger, SPICED, etc.) and

CRM rigor .

Based in the

Kansas City metro

with local travel as needed.

Nice-to-have:

Local market experience selling into mid-market to large enterprises (and/or healthcare, legal, finance, government).

Familiarity with UCaaS, contact center, SIP, SD-WAN, Microsoft Teams integrations, security frameworks, or compliance-driven environments.

Existing KC-area network of business leaders and referral partners (agents, VARs, ISPs, MSP alliances).
