We build brands from the inside out: strategy, design, film, 3D, animation, and experiential creative systems.
We’re looking for an Account Executive who can steward client relationships from first conversation to long-term partnership.
What you’ll do:
Drive new business development and manage relationships and pipeline of enterprise and mid-market clients
Build and nurture relationships with marketing leaders, brand teams, and C-suite decision makers
Collaborate with leadership, creative, production and project management teams to develop proposals that win
Work closely with project management teams to ensure internal work-stream precision
Manage client accounts from kickoff through delivery - on strategy, on time, on budget
Define necessary account touch points, meeting cadences and reviews
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
You’re a fit if you:
Have 3+ years in account management or business development in an agency, production, or creative services environment
Know how to talk creative & strategy work with clients who care about results
Can clearly convey client goals to inspire internal creative and strategy teams to execute inspirational work on schedule.
Can manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Are a clear, confident communicator in person, on calls, and in writing
Bonus points for:
Experience in video, motion, or branded content services
Existing relationships in SaaS, sports, industrial, F&B, or entertainment verticals
Expertise with CRM tools and structured sales processes
Having a great sense of humor
Understanding why dogs are the best and enjoy being around them
