We are seeking a creative, trend-driven

Marketing Manager

with strong skills in short-form content creation, social media management, community engagement, and paid advertising. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on social platforms, understands cultural trends, and can consistently produce engaging, high-quality content. You’ll assist in managing our social presence, build local community connections, and contribute to paid campaigns while supporting broader marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities Short-Form Content Creation

Create high-quality Reels, TikToks, short videos, and organic-style content.

Record and develop content inspired by current trends, audio, formats, and cultural moments.

Maintain a structured and proactive content calendar.

Work with the design and creative team to produce visual assets that align with brand identity.

Social Media Management

Manage daily operations of all major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Publish content across channels.

Monitor platform trends and adapt content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

Engage with followers, respond to messages, and manage overall community interaction.

Trend Research & Documentation

Identify emerging social media trends, audio, memes, and content formats.

Document trends and propose timely, brand-relevant creative concepts.

Track competitor content and broader industry movements.

Community Building & Local Collaborations

Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, creators, community groups, and partners.

Coordinate and support local collaborations, events, and co-marketing initiatives.

Identify opportunities to grow community presence both online and offline.

Encourage user-generated content and foster a positive, interactive brand community.

Paid Advertising

Support and execute paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads).

Assist with audience targeting, creative testing, and performance analysis.

Ensure paid and organic strategies work together cohesively.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor social media insights and content performance metrics.

Provide monthly reporting with recommendations for improvement.

Use analytics tools such as Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, and scheduling platforms.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

Strong skills in video creation, editing, and on-camera content.

Solid understanding of paid advertising across social platforms.

Strong grasp of trend culture, digital storytelling, and creative strategy.

Experience with editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Experience in community engagement or local partnerships is a plus.
