As an Executive Experiential Producer, you will be the visionary leader who brings immersive brand experiences to life, shaping their success from concept to flawless execution. You will assist in leading and inspiring a talented team of Producers, drive innovation in complex event execution, and play a pivotal role in expanding our agency's impact and client partnerships. This role requires an experienced, dynamic, and strategic individual committed to pushing boundaries and delivering unforgettable results in the experiential marketing industry.

THE TASK AT HAND

Oversee the strategic development, planning, and execution of complex experiential marketing events and campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency standards

Lead the comprehensive management of all facets of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, equipment setup, and production schedules

Provide exceptional mentorship, guidance, and leadership to junior team members, accelerating their professional development

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong rapport through expertise and adaptability, and collaborating with internal and external partners

Drive and oversee the onboarding process for new business clients, supporting Marketing Managers and Account teams with proposal content development and delivering insights to generate account growth

Lead the team in managing event budgets, accurately tracking expenses, optimizing costs, and ensuring events are delivered within budget constraints

Lead the evaluation of event performance, diligently gathering feedback, and assessing project success with a focus on continuous improvement

Monitor on-site activities and troubleshoot any issues to ensure seamless event execution and high client satisfaction

Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices in experiential marketing, applying creative and innovative ideas to enhance event experiences

WHO YOU ARE

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in event production and leadership roles, with a strong and proven track record in experiential marketing

Exceptional organizational and project management skills, demonstrating a proven ability to manage highly complex events and campaigns

Outstanding attention to detail, superior problem-solving capabilities, and a robust analytical mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at leading cross-functional teams, navigating complex client interactions, and building strategic vendor relationships

Proficiency in event planning and management tools, software, financial management, and advanced risk assessment

A truly creative and innovative mindset, with a demonstrated history of delivering unique and memorable brand experiences that push industry boundaries

Exceptional adaptability and the capacity to excel under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and lead diverse teams for sustained success, developing their skills and leading by example in daily interactions

Mastery of the SixSpeed XC process, with the ability to seamlessly integrate, adapt, and lead projects of varying scope and complexity

An exemplification of dynamism, effortlessly flexing between the big picture strategic vision and the critical small details

A high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and a relentless drive for results

Willing to travel as necessary, up to 20% to support key initiatives and activations

This role offers a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications as they relate to the requirements of the position.
