Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Member Service Representative role based in South End Charlotte, NC. We’re looking for a reliable and personable Part-Time Front Desk Associate to support daily operations and deliver a welcoming member experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet members and ensure all guests properly scan in upon arrival
Process drink and retail purchases using our point-of-sale software
Check in first-time day pass guests and provide brief facility tours
Maintain a clean and organized gym floor by re-racking weights and tidying equipment
Support overall front desk operations and assist members as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication and etiquette skills for effective interactions with members
Exceptional customer service abilities to provide a positive and helpful experience
Proficient computer literacy to navigate software and manage digital records
Basic knowledge of finance to assist with transactions and account-related inquiries
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
