A confidential, soon-to-launch beauty brand is seeking a strategic and highly disciplined
Social Media Manager
to execute and manage its social presence ahead of a major Earth Day launch.
This is a hybrid, temp-to-perm opportunity based in Coconut Grove, working closely with the Founder, Chief Brand Officer, and Creative team to build a thoughtful, intelligent, and cohesive digital presence from the ground up.

Launching on Earth Day (April 22), the brand prioritizes education, clean formulation, ingredient integrity, and ritual over routine. The aesthetic blends clinical credibility with refined minimalism — designed to feel intelligent, calm, and enduring.
The Role The Social Media Manager will own execution and publishing across all platforms. This role requires precision, structure, and a deep respect for brand integrity.
You must be highly organized, able to follow a content calendar meticulously, and ensure visual and tonal cohesion at every touchpoint.
This is not an influencer-style, trend-driven role — it is about disciplined execution, brand authority, and thoughtful storytelling.
Scope of Work As the brand prepares for launch and beyond, you will:
Execute the full launch social rollout
Publish feed posts, carousels, reels, and stories
Manage daily posting cadence
Schedule content according to an approved content calendar
Ensure captions, tags, links, and formatting are accurate
Support pre-sale and launch communication beats
Monitor DMs and comments professionally
Maintain grid consistency and visual flow
Track weekly analytics and performance metrics
Provide reporting summaries and actionable insights
Assist with real-time posting during campaign moments
Key Responsibilities
Own the publishing workflow from final asset delivery to live posting
Ensure alignment between visual design and caption tone
Maintain consistency across Instagram, TikTok, and future channels
Proactively flag scheduling gaps or calendar conflicts
Protect brand positioning in all public interactions
Maintain organized documentation of assets, captions, and analytics
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in social media management
Experience within beauty, wellness, or luxury brands preferred
Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok ecosystems
Experience working within structured content calendars
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to execute independently without constant oversight
Comfortable in a fast-paced, pre-launch environment
Miami-based or willing to work hybrid in Coconut Grove
Bonus Experience
Supporting a product launch
Educational or science-forward content positioning
Building brand authority through social channels
