Position Overview
Yonah Mountain Vineyards is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Wedding Sales and Event Planner with proven experience in wedding planning and event sales. This role is responsible for booking, planning, and executing weddings and private events while delivering exceptional client experiences from initial inquiry through event completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about hospitality. This individual will confidently represent Yonah Mountain Vineyards as a premier wedding destination while managing the full planning process and ensuring seamless event execution. Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary contact for wedding inquiries, venue tours, and bookings Conduct venue tours and effectively present Yonah Mountain Vineyards as a premier wedding destination Manage contracts, proposals, and client communications using Tripleseat and EverBridal Develop and execute detailed event timelines, layouts, and floor plans Collaborate closely with couples, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution Oversee event day logistics, providing on-site venue coordination and support to wedding coordinator on wedding days Track sales performance and maintain accurate reporting on inquiries, tours, bookings, and revenue Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times Qualifications
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of wedding planning or wedding sales experience required Strong background in client communication, sales, and contract management Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for events Professional presence with outstanding interpersonal skills Bonus Skills
Basic graphic design experience Familiarity with Tripleseat and/or EverBridal platforms What We Offer
