The Associate Brand Manager supports the development and execution of global product and brand strategies in partnership with product, insights, and commercial teams. This role helps translate consumer insights, category trends, and strategic priorities into product innovation, portfolio decisions, and go-to-market initiatives that drive strong in-market performance. Contract: 3/4/26 - 9/4/26 Max pay rate: $41.00 Location: Pawtucket, RI Duties & Responsibilities

Support development of global product strategies and line plans from concept through launch Use consumer, category, and cultural insights to inform product innovation and portfolio strategy Analyze market and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities Partner with cross-functional teams including product development, insights, design, engineering, finance, and legal to advance initiatives Help align product positioning and storytelling to support global go-to-market strategies Support U.S. market execution through line planning, forecasting, and collaboration with sales teams Work with regional and commercial teams to understand market needs and retail dynamics Maintain forecasting tools, development systems, and tracking processes for product timelines and financial inputs Develop clear presentations and materials that communicate product strategies and initiatives Maintain consistent communication of priorities, progress, and key decisions across teams Skills & Qualifications

Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented, self-sufficient problem-solver able to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment Ability to analyze consumer and market data and translate insights into actionable recommendations Strong communicator able to collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners Interest in product development, consumer behavior, and portfolio strategy Adaptable and comfortable working across multiple brands and categories Experience or interest in applying AI-powered tools to support analysis and productivity Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or related field required (MBA a plus) 3 years of experience in brand management, product management, strategy, consumer goods, or related field Experience with product development processes, line planning, forecasting, and collaboration with sales teams EEO Statement Customer Service Commitment: TeamPeople, a division of System One, is an organization dedicated to providing superior customer service.
