Our client, located in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Communications Coordinator
to support their communications and marketing initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build experience in content development, digital communications, event promotion, and brand messaging!
This is a permanent, full-time position, working with a hybrid schedule Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
Responsibilities Content Development & Editing
Draft and edit content for newsletters, email campaigns, website updates, and social media posts
Assist in developing marketing materials, including one-pagers, presentations, and announcements
Proofread materials to ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging
Digital & Social Media Support
Schedule and publish social media content across platforms
Monitor engagement and track basic analytics
Assist with website updates and content management
Email & Newsletter Support
Support development and distribution of email campaigns
Track performance metrics and provide summary reports
Event Communications
Assist with promotional materials for events, webinars, and programs
Support pre- and post-event communications
Coordinate logistics related to marketing materials and attendee communications
Administrative & Team Support
Organize digital assets and files
Provide general support to the communications and marketing team
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
Internship or one to two years of relevant experience in communications or marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to attend occasional work events that take place in the evening hours
Preferred
Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
Experience with website content management systems
