Senior Designer – Workplace Interiors Seeking a Senior Designer to lead the creation of transformative workplace environments. This role drives design vision, client engagement, and project excellence from concept through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic and design presentations from initial client engagement through award.
Drive conceptual design and storytelling aligned with client goals.
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, fostering alignment and trust.
Develop design strategies in collaboration with planning, engineering, sustainability, and brand teams.
Guide and mentor project teams, ensuring design intent is fully realized.
Curate finishes, furniture, lighting, and mood boards to shape cohesive, high-quality interiors.
Solve complex design challenges with inventive, forward-thinking solutions.
Integrate emerging trends and innovative materials into workplace concepts.
Participate in construction administration, including submittal reviews, RFIs, site visits, and supplemental sketches.
Champion the use of AI tools to enhance workflow and creativity.
Maintain exceptional design quality while anticipating client needs and delivering an outstanding experience.
Qualifications
8–15 years in workplace interior design or architecture.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or related field.
Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with AI tools.
Proven success leading high-profile workplace projects.
Strong industry presence and client-facing confidence.
Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative, impactful design solutions.
