supporting 6,000+ endpoints (PC + Cloud PC) Overview:
This is an onboarding operations role focused on high-volume access + device provisioning, Day‑1 readiness, automation, and end‑user success. This Enterprise IT Provisioning & Identity Management Specialist will own onboarding readiness for thousands of new hires (both permanent and contract) as the organization continues to grow and acquire. You will also support escalations related to onboarding workflow failures and identity‑related issues. This role requires large‑scale onboarding experience, deep identity knowledge, and strong troubleshooting abilities. Skills Required: Microsoft 365 licensing services End user support environment of 500+ minimum TeamDynamix or ITSM orchestration (ServiceNow or similar) Incident management in fast‑paced environments Excellent cross‑functional communication skills with the ability to operate calmly and decisively during Day‑1 escalations Ability to own the end‑to‑end offboarding process, including timely license deprovisioning and hardware recovery in partnership with IT Procurement
