We are seeking a
Marketing and Events Coordinator
for our client in the
telecommunications industry
based in
Boca Raton, FL . This is a hybrid role that requires travel throughout the South Florida area.
Role Summary The Marketing & Events Coordinator will play a vital support role in executing high-impact marketing initiatives and event activations that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This entry-level position is ideal for a self-starter with 2–3 years of relevant experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and supporting both the Growth and Retention Marketing Managers, this role offers hands‑on exposure to a wide variety of marketing channels and functions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide event execution support including logistics, vendor coordination, set-up & breakdown and on-site presence for both sales-facing and resident engagement activities
Assist with customer onboarding initiatives by coordinating communications and materials across key channels
Help implement internal marketing processes to improve workflow, organization, and timely project execution
Support on social media efforts through content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and compiling performance reports
Coordinate the production, inventory, and distribution of promotional materials and collateral, working closely with marketing managers and vendors
Maintain and organize the marketing asset library; ensure teams are using up-to-date brand assets in all communications
Keep internal calendars, event trackers, and project dashboards up to date and organized
Represent the marketing team and brand professionally at all company events and external-facing activations
Travel across Florida to support events and tradeshows approximately 25–30% of the time
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or commensurate work experience in a related field
2–3 years of experience in a marketing, events or communications role
Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experience using a project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana or Smartsheets
