You write original copy in both English and Spanish — you don’t just translate, you create natively in each language with an understanding of cultural context and nuance

You’re a systems thinker who builds frameworks, templates, and modular writing systems that scale
You want to concept with art directors, not just fill in copy decks
What You’ll Do
Own all copywriting for a major client — from brand campaigns to market‑level executions — in both English and Spanish
Drive multicultural and bilingual strategy across regional and market‑level campaigns, ensuring Hispanic‑facing work is culturally grounded and locally relevant
Translate client business goals into clear, insight‑led multicultural briefs for creative
Collaborate with media partners to align creative with multicultural media plans
Develop strategic messaging platforms and adapt them across channels, formats, and tiers (brand, regional, local)
Write across the full media mix: broadcast scripts, video, audio, OOH, digital display, CRM, web, and social
Navigate technical writing requirements including offers, legal disclaimers, and compliance language
Partner with art directors on concepting and campaign development — not just execute against their direction
Build modular writing frameworks and templates that scale across a large portfolio of brands and markets
Oversee day‑to‑day management of multicultural projects, timelines, and stakeholder communication
Collaborate with the Head of Creative Technology to identify and automate templated or redundant copy task
Requirements
7+ years of copywriting experience, with significant time in an agency environment
Fluent bilingual writer (English/Spanish) — able to concept and write original copy in both languages, not just translate
Deep understanding of U.S. Hispanic markets and the cultural nuance required to write authentically for diverse Hispanic audiences
Strong portfolio demonstrating both brand/campaign‑level work and high‑volume executional writing
Experience writing across multiple channels and formats, including broadcast, digital, and direct response
Comfort with technical writing: offers, legal copy, compliance language, and fine print
Systems‑minded approach to writing: you build templates, frameworks, and modular content that scale
Self‑directed with strong editorial judgment — you take ownership of the work from concept through delivery
Excellent collaboration skills, especially with art directors, media partners, and creative leadership
Actively using AI tools to improve your creative process and output — you’re on board with where the industry is heading
Must be available to work standard PST hours
