ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Marketing Manager to play a central role in bringing the Each & Every brand to life across product launches, community, partnerships, content, and activations. This role blends strategy and execution and is ideal for a highly organized, creatively driven marketer who loves connecting the dots across teams, agencies, and channels.
The Marketing Manager will partner with cross‑functional partners to ensure launches, campaigns, and brand moments are cohesive, on‑brand, and impactful—while also rolling up your sleeves to manage details, timelines, and execution.
This role will play a key role in driving awareness, trial and brand love to meet business objectives. The Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Marketing and will have the ability to manage an intern.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product Marketing & Launches
In partnership with Head of Marketing, support product marketing development, including concept briefs, naming, trademark coordination and artwork review
Own GTM planning and launch execution across channels in partnership with creative, sales, ecommerce, PR, and social teams
Ensure product storytelling is clear, compelling, and aligned with brand positioning, helping to shape brand copy and GTM execution across all channels (including touch points such as email, collateral and social)
Support shoot production needs including props, product logistics, on‑set coordination and campaign toolkit delivery
Brand Campaigns & Activations
Drive creative and strategic alignment for brand moments, campaigns, and seasonal activations
Support 360° planning for key moments including holidays and special drops
Assist in production and execution of brand activations, events, and experiential moments
Agency & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Act as the day‑to‑day point of contact for key agency partners across creative, marketing, PR, and social
Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals to keep projects moving forward
Partner closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution across touchpoints
Partnerships, Gifting & Community
Manage partnerships, seeding, gifting, and mailer initiatives to expand brand reach with key target audiences
Oversee ShopMy and community gifting efforts
Support community event ideation and execution (IRL and digital)
Serve as a secondary support for digital community management and content as needed
Strategy, Planning & Reporting
Own and manage monthly marketing calendars (real‑time updates) and brand planning tools
Orchestrate recap decks, GTM presentations, and internal reporting
Monitor trends and competitive activity within beauty, clean/natural and key product categories
Content & Social Support
Support content ideation, production, and trend monitoring (with a strong pulse on TikTok and emerging platforms)
Assist with giveaways, gifting initiatives, and content amplification opportunities
Help manage broadcast channels (Instagram, Facebook) and contribute to platform strategy
Intern Management Responsible for managing and overseeing a Marketing Intern with responsibilities including but not limited to.
Product closet and inventory checks
Product logistics, deliveries, and brand‑related office needs
Shoot production needs & coordination
Event execution & logistics
Maintaining bulletin board and in‑office brand moments
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 4‑5 years of professional Marketing experience
Experience in Beauty industry strongly preferred; passion for the industry is a must
Detailed, thorough & organized
Ability to synthesize data to drive business decisions
Comfortable driving deadlines and holding people accountable
Creative problem solving expertise
Self‑starter able to adapt quickly to changes in priorities and multi‑task multiple projects
Able to prioritize and manage time effectively, and to balance competing priorities in a very fast‑paced environment
Strong communication skills and extraordinary collaborative team spirit with ability to navigate internal and external partners
Professional and diplomatic style with a positive manner and a ‘can do' attitude
Based in NYC
Permanently authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship from employer
