Opportunity Overview TalentScale Partners is working with a fast-growing SaaS company to hire a strategic and execution-oriented SaaS Product Manager to lead the evolution of the company's compliance and workforce management platform. This role owns product discovery, roadmap development, and delivery across customer-facing and internal capabilities. The Product Manager works closely with engineering, customer success, sales, and executive leadership to translate market needs into high-impact solutions, while also driving forward-thinking adoption of AI across the platform.
This role requires experience collaborating closely with offshore development teams and coordinating across distributed engineering organizations.
What the Product Manager Will Do
Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to company goals and customer needs
Translate business, regulatory, and customer requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and product delivery with offshore and onshore engineering teams
Partner closely with Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Marketing to ensure strong product adoption and market fit
Conduct customer discovery, usability testing, and workflow analysis to inform roadmap decisions
Drive forward-looking initiatives around AI-driven automation, analytics, and decision support across the platform
Ensure product compliance with regulatory, data security, and audit requirements
Monitor product performance through KPIs, customer feedback, and usage analytics
Support go-to-market efforts, including launches, training, and enablement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Product Management for B2B SaaS or enterprise software platforms
Demonstrated experience managing and delivering with offshore or distributed engineering teams
Strong ability to define requirements, prioritize effectively, and execute in complex environments
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders
Experience implementing AI-driven features, automation, or analytics in production SaaS environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with payroll systems, workforce compliance platforms, or government clients
Background in regulated industries such as public sector, finance, construction, or labor compliance
Familiarity with prevailing wage, certified payroll, labor standards, or compliance-driven workflows
Experience supporting enterprise or public-sector implementations with complex stakeholder environments
