
Custom Residential Landscape Designer & Estimator

We're hiring an experienced, detail-driven Estimator to support commercial landscape construction and enhancement projects. You'll collaborate closely with operations, sales, and clients to deliver accurate, competitive, and timely project estimates.
What You'll Do
Analyze project documents (plans, specs, site conditions) to scope work accurately
Perform material, labor, and equipment take-offs
Solicit vendor and subcontractor bids; maintain competitive pricing
Prepare clear and complete proposals and cost estimates
Conduct site walks and client meetings to confirm scope
Collaborate with internal teams to support project hand-offs and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and cost data for future projects
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in landscape or construction estimating
Experience with estimation tools (e.g., LMN, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Excel)
Strong math, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Valid driver's license and ability to visit job sites as needed
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
