Business Development Representative (BDR) Location:

Nashville, TN (Mon–Thu in office, Fri remote)

Base:

Starting at $43K

OTE:

$60K–$75K+ (uncapped)

This Role Is For… Early-career professionals who want to learn how to build pipeline, control their income, and earn a promotion into a closing role.

If you’re competitive, coachable, and comfortable making a lot of outbound calls — this is where you learn real sales discipline.

This is not an inbound lead role. It’s outbound, structured, and performance-driven.

What You’ll Actually Do

Prospect daily via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn

Identify decision-makers at high-growth companies

Book qualified meetings for Account Executives

Build and manage your own pipeline of opportunities

Track activity in Salesforce and sales engagement tools

Hit weekly and monthly activity + meeting targets

You will be measured. There is a scoreboard.

What Success Looks Like

Consistently booking qualified meetings

Earning commission above base

Becoming eligible for AE promotion in 12–18 months

What We’re Looking For

1+ year outbound sales or high-activity role

Competitive mindset

Resilience and coachability

Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

College degree preferred but not required.
