insights to non‑technical stakeholders Plusses: CJA experience Job Summary Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to act as the Customer Journey SME and administer Adobe Analytics and execute on marketing analytic campaigns, working with planners/strategists (SEO, social, display) to attract and retain customers. The Adobe Analytics Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and translating digital data into actionable insights that inform business, marketing, and product decisions. This role partners closely with marketing, product, UX, and engineering teams to ensure accurate tracking, robust reporting, and clear storytelling from Adobe Analytics data. The analyst owns dashboards, reporting frameworks, and ongoing analysis to measure performance across web, mobile, and campaign experiences. Key Responsibilities Own and maintain Adobe Analytics implementations, including report suites, eVars, props, events, classifications, and calculated metrics. Validate data accuracy and consistency across Adobe Analytics and related platforms (e.g., tag management, data layers). Partner with engineering and tag management teams to troubleshoot tracking issues and support new feature launches. Design, build, and maintain recurring and ad‑hoc reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics (Workspace) to support business and leadership needs. Translate complex datasets into clear, executive‑ready insights and visualizations. Maintain documentation for metrics definitions, reporting logic, and dashboard usage. Analysis & Insights Perform deep‑dive analysis on user behavior, conversion funnels, campaigns, and content performance using Adobe Analytics data. Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities, and proactively share insights with stakeholders. Support advanced campaign and attribution analysis using Adobe Analytics and supporting data sources. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with marketing, ecommerce, product, and UX teams to define measurement strategies and KPIs. Explain analytics findings in plain language and provide recommendations tied to business outcomes. Support leadership and cross‑functional teams with data requests, insights, and ongoing performance reviews. Data Enablement & Optimization Support data extraction and analysis using SQL, Excel, or BI tools as needed to complement Adobe Analytics. Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics processes, reporting automation, and best practices
