As part of this development, we are looking for a

Sales Manager – Position Mooring

to strengthen our domain expertise within positioning and mooring solutions and help grow this segment globally.

In this role, you will work closely with segment leads, product teams, and the regional sales organization to develop business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and support the execution of our growth strategy.

What you will be doing

Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities within positioning and mooring solutions

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders

Contribute to development and execution of sales strategies for the segment

Support the global sales organization with domain knowledge and customer insights

Prepare and support tenders and business cases in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Collaborate closely with Business Units and regional sales teams to drive sales of integrated handling solutions

Work with partners and suppliers to maximize commercial opportunities

Ensure strong and competitive bid processes and support high-quality bid reviews

We would like you to have

Experience working with technical or solution sales in the maritime or offshore industry

Maritime understanding, including vessel operations and market dynamics

Commercial understanding of pricing, profitability, and business development

Knowledge of positioning and mooring solutions is an advantage

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check. Please note that this might affect the offer process or employment.
