Position Summary The Senior Analyst, Strategic Proposal Solutions (IT) is an individual contributor role responsible for managing detailed customer IT assessments, working in partnership with proposal teams, Aetna field account management teams, and internal experts. This position manages complex, time‑sensitive requests from current customers across the Aetna commercial business and specialty segments. The role requires the ability to identify, assess, and resolve business challenges, and to have knowledge of enterprise and Aetna technical assets, systems, and business practices to support account teams in meeting diverse and extensive customer IT assessment requirements. Key components include collaboration within commercial business segments and other business areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed; driving changes to improve process, timeliness, and quality of responses; maintaining standard responses to support accuracy, consistency, and response time; and developing strong, positive relationships with field account teams and internal partners.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of relevant experience that includes 2 years of client questionnaire and/or RFP/RFI experience.
Experience with content management applications.
Proven ability to deliver high‑quality work that meets or exceeds customer expectations and consistently meets internal and external deadlines.
High level of proficiency with employee productivity tools including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Web‑meeting applications.
Exceptional time management with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
History of focusing on customer needs and providing outstanding service.
Excellent communication skills (written / verbal) at all levels of the organization.
Excellent Attention To Detail And Critical Thinking Skills Required
Able to work independently, and also able to work with people in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to adjust to different or new approaches to assignments and openness to feedback.
Ability to act as an advisor to management and colleagues on technical, informational, and operational issues.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with project management processes and tools.
Familiarity with process improvement and root‑cause analysis concepts.
Bachelors Degree in a Business or IT Field.
Education High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Pay Range $46,988.00 - $112,200.00
