We are looking for a highly creative, detail-obsessed
Designer
to join our team. This is a pivotal role where you will help shape the visual identity of a premium skincare brand, bringing sophisticated digital and print concepts to life across every consumer touchpoint.
The Role
Digital Innovation:
Design and manage a suite of brand collateral, including high-impact email campaigns, social media storytelling, promotional banners, and luxury digital invitations.
Print & Merchandising:
Oversee the evolution of print assets and visual merchandising. This ranges from localizing global assets with precise translations to developing bespoke, market-specific collateral.
Creative Partnership:
Work hand-in-hand with the Design Director to translate briefs into visual excellence, ensuring every pixel aligns with our brand objectives and timelines.
End-to-End Ownership:
Lead projects from the initial spark of an idea to final delivery. You’ll be responsible for tracking your own progress and keeping the team in sync.
Trend & Concept Strategy:
Act as a trend scout. Bring fresh, innovative design concepts to the table that push our aesthetic forward while staying true to our core brand DNA.
Cross-Functional Synergy:
Liaise with Project Managers and other departments to ensure seamless delivery, participating in regular reviews to refine work based on collaborative feedback.
Brand Stewardship:
Maintain and organize our "Source of Truth"—keeping SOPs, asset archives, and brand guides meticulously up to date.
About You
The Experience:
You have a proven track record in design (ideally 3+ years) within the luxury, beauty, or premium lifestyle sectors.
The Toolkit:
You are a master of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in
Figma
is essential, and experience with
After Effects/Premiere Pro
is a major plus for bringing motion to our story.
The Eye:
You possess an elite understanding of typography, color theory, imagery, and layout. You know how to work within brand standards while still finding room to innovate.
The Mindset:
You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, reactive environment. You can juggle multiple high-priority projects without losing your cool or your attention to detail.
The Communicator:
