We are seeking a UI-heavy UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on digital experiences.
This role will emphasize visual design, branding integration, and UI execution, while maintaining UX fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality, visually compelling digital interfaces aligned with brand standards
Translate marketing strategies into engaging user experiences
Create UI designs for digital flows (campaigns, landing pages)
Apply and extend existing design systems while supporting branding integration initiatives
Collaborate with:
Creative Directors
Marketing stakeholders
Product and development teams
Produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
Present design rationale clearly to stakeholders
Incorporate feedback quickly in fast-paced marketing cycles
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of UI/UX design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing:
Visual/UI excellence
Marketing or acquisition-driven work
Brand-forward digital experiences
Advanced proficiency in Figma
Experience working within established design systems
Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, hierarchy)
Experience collaborating with branding and marketing teams
Ability to elevate UI while maintaining usability standards
Basic understanding of user flows and journey mapping
Basic information architecture principles
