As a Client Executive, you'll lead client accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery. You'll build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendor partners, helping to shape a future defined by trust and collaboration. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You'll lead initiatives to secure existing business and identify opportunities for growth. By working closely with clients, you'll help them navigate their risk and capital management needs. Your ability to cultivate meaningful relationships will be key to driving success. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Lead resources to address client needs effectively. Drive the sale of additional services and coverage. Collaborate with senior buyers and day-to-day client representatives. Support and guide administrative and customer service teams. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of client coordination or claims management experience, or a high school diploma and 10+ years of relevant experience. Life & Health License. Able to travel up to 25% of the time. Clear communication skills to explain complex issues simply. A proactive approach to identifying and solving critical issues. We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
