10 years+ experience in Capital Markets products
5+ years+ experience in syndicate loans and related topics
Demonstrated experience in shaping requirements for a large IB, working directly with business
Developing product features list, requirements, and specifications
1 year's experience in AI/ GenAI based approached
NY based, strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Good to have:
Advanced Finance degree or CFA Level 1 charter holder Familiarity with dealing platforms and market data providers Expertise in creating Product Roadmaps, OKRs Previous IB Trading experience is highly preferred but not mandatory
