We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing administrative tasks, maintaining schedules, and supporting executive-level functions. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: Manage daily calendars, appointments, and meetings Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations Handle confidential documents and sensitive information Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive Organize and prioritize incoming requests and tasks Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation Assist in project management and follow-ups as needed Qualifications: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Benefits: Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year Opportunities for career growth and professional development Collaborative and supportive work environment Skills training and advancement support Full-time, on-site position in Dallas, TX
