Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in supporting the Repair Station by managing customer interactions, quoting repair orders, and ensuring the timely processing of jobs. This position requires strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external customers. Responsibilities Prepare and send quotes for repair orders daily. Process repair station orders upon customer approval of quotes. Manage and follow up on exchange order quotes. Resolve issues preventing orders from being processed or released. Communicate effectively with customers to build confidence and maintain satisfaction. Coordinate with Engineers, PSE, and Quality teams on investigative and warranty returns. Investigate and resolve billing issues or disputes. Interact professionally with all levels of the organization. Train Level 2 Customer Service Specialists as needed. Handle approximately 40 requests per day, including follow-ups. Follow up on lack of customer response. Essential Skills Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task and manage high-volume requests. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Environment The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The role involves handling approximately 40 requests per day, including follow-ups. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment requiring interaction with various teams, including Engineers and Quality teams. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
