What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Perform data analysis related to client projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Develop and utilize actuarial models to support client needs
Draft reports and prepare correspondence for internal and external stakeholders
Present findings to peers and project managers to facilitate decision-making
Collaborate with actuaries and principals on various assigned tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
Completed bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, data science, statistics, or a related quantitative field
Two or more actuarial exams passed
Between one and four years of professional actuarial experience, including internships
Strong technical skills in Excel, with experience in data management and automation
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Prior experience in Property & Casualty reserving and/or pricing
Proven technical skills in programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL, with a preference for R
Experience in predictive modeling or a strong interest in the field
