Job Summary The Senior Analyst, Digital Pricing supports the development, execution, and optimization of digital pricing strategies to drive profitable revenue growth. This role is responsible for maintaining rate cards, pricing guidelines, and monitoring partnership agreements while delivering actionable insights to Sales, Finance, and Revenue teams.

The position requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure pricing structures align with business objectives and market dynamics. This is a hybrid work position.

Key Responsibilities Rate Card Management

Support the creation, maintenance, and distribution of rate cards and pricing guidelines

Monitor partnership rate cards to ensure accuracy and compliance

Maintain pricing matrices and provide comparative insights to leadership

Pricing Analysis & Reporting

Evaluate pricing guidelines and recommend updates based on business and market needs

Partner with Finance to track agency and client spend against commitments

Enhance reporting processes and tools to provide actionable pricing insights

Exception Requests & Margin Management

Evaluate pricing exception requests and strategic client benefits

Conduct revenue and profitability analyses to assess margin impact

Provide documentation and analysis to support informed decision‑making

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales and Account Strategy teams to provide pricing expertise on KPIs, product mix, and margins

Collaborate with Revenue Strategy teams to align pricing with product positioning and digital strategy

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, revenue operations, or pricing; Digital media or advertising experience preferred

Skills & Abilities: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with reporting or BI tools preferred; Ability to perform margin and financial analysis; Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities; Effective communicator with strong cross‑functional collaboration skills; Detail‑oriented with strong accountability and follow‑through; Proactive and solution‑oriented mindset; Team‑oriented with collaborative approach.
